Do you possess a combination of technical expertise and a track record of successful performance testing? We are seeking a highly qualified Lead Performance Testing Engineer with expertise in performance testing and monitoring. If you are willing to play a crucial role in guiding multiple testing projects, and providing technical guidance to the team, the Lead Performance Testing Engineer role is for you.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop and implement performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.Assess system performance under various load conditions.Identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization by analyzing test results.Proactively identify issues and recommend improvements during testing and production.Troubleshoot performance issues in cloud environments with DevOps and development teams.Mentor junior team members and improve overall performance testing practices.

Essential

What we are looking for from you:

Proven experience in performance testing with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.Strong knowledge of performance monitoring tools such as Datadog or Zoho.Experience in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).

Desirable

Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell) for performance test automation.
