The position
As a Sarbox Compliance Specialist, you will:

Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Work closely with vendors, system management teams, advisory functions, and auditors to provide necessary documentation and support.Lead Sarbox audits and serve as the key auditee from the SAP ECC end. Successfully close audit findings and ensure business continuity in compliance.Present to auditors, design controls, and ensure timely execution. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in SAP operations from a risk perspective.Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP control procedures and guidelines.Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, auditors, and functional teams to understand requirements and mitigate gaps.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate the following:

Computer Science master’s or bachelor’s degree or comparable degree in IT or relevant field (Software Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration).12+ years of relevant domain knowledge within IT. 4+ years of relevant experience in Sarbox Compliance and Audit. Strong proven experience in facing and handling Sarbox/ Financial audits. Strong knowledge on Compliance.SAP ERP system/service management is needed. Overall exposure to SAP Securities can be good.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with external parties.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to analyse and provide guidance and coordinate with Agile teams, external auditors, LoB (line of business) etc.
