Mentee Policy
1.Purpose:
- Job Conquers aims to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all mentees. We are committed to helping mentees achieve their career goals through personalized guidance from experienced mentors.
2.Eligibility:
- Mentees must be job seekers or individuals looking to advance their careers.
- They should have a genuine interest in receiving guidance and be committed to actively participating in the mentoring process.
3.Expected Behaviour:
- Mentees must treat mentors and other community members with respect and professionalism.
- They should actively engage in mentoring sessions, provide necessary information to mentors, and be open to constructive feedback.
- Mentees are expected to adhere to scheduled mentoring sessions and notify mentors in advance if they need to reschedule.
4.Confidentiality and Privacy:
- Mentees must respect the confidentiality of information shared during mentoring sessions.
- They should not disclose any personal or sensitive information about mentors or personal information or other community members without consent.
5.Inclusivity and Respect:
- Job Conquers is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, ability, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, and religion.
- Mentees must refrain from any discriminatory, offensive, or harassing behaviour.
6.Consequences of Misconduct:
- Failure to adhere to the mentee policy and community guidelines may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform, depending on the severity and recurrence of the offense.
7.Reporting and Feedback:
- Mentees are encouraged to report any misconduct, concerns, or violations of the policy to Job Conquers administration using the provided reporting channels.
- Feedback from mentees is valuable and will be used to improve the mentoring experience for all users.
8.Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Karnataka, India.
